Please read and review this agreement before using your Chuango product. If you do not agree with or wish not to accept the terms of this agreement, please do not use the product and immediately return it to the place of purchase for a refund.

By using this product you agree to be bound by this agreement and represent you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.

Always follow the instructions in the manual, app or by one of the Chuango' technicians to obtain the best performance of your Chuango product.

Warranty Range and Duration

Chuango warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects for 1 year from the original date of purchase of the original purchaser. The one-year warranty applies to this product unless otherwise specified on the original sales receipt at the time of purchase. Accessories such as brackets and batteries are not manufactured by Chuango and have a limited warranty of 6 months. Adapter have a limited warranty of 6 months.

Chuango warranty is valid only to the original purchaser and is not transferable, and it is only applicable to Chuango products purchased from authorised resellers or retailers.

Warranty Does Not Include

Warranty does not apply when the product has been incorrectly or improperly used, been subject to external influences such as power surges, acts of God such as flood or hurricane that damage the item(s), or opening or tempering of the product housing by persons other than authorized Chuango personnel.

Repairing of the unit must be done by qualified Chuango personnel. The warranty expires immediately if the unit has been opened by non-Chuango personnel.

How to Get Warranty

If you discover what you believe is a defect in the Chuango product that you own within its warranty period, please contact your point of purchase, which shall be an authorized Chuango retailer/reseller. Proof of purchase is required. Technical support is available through your Chuango app, FAQ at chuango.zendesk.com or email at support@chuango.com.
